PROCESSING
- We despatch our parcels from Mondays to Fridays via AustraliaPost.
- As per AusPost policy, there are no deliveries during weekends. If you have ordered on a Saturday or Sunday, your parcel will be shipped on the next business day provided there are no delays on order processing.
- A confirmation email along with the tracking number will be supplied once orders are officially dispatched.
- All products are inspected for any faults or defects before being shipped.
Sunglass Culture will not have any liability to you if it fails to satisfy in whole or in part the scheduled delivery time. Please note that if the courier company has to re-deliver the goods to you, Sunglass Culture will not cover any additional charges for re-delivery of goods.

Australia Orders (in AUD)
For Orders over $99:
- FREE Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping flat rate is an additional $10
For orders below $99:
- Standard Shipping flat rate is $10
- Express Shipping flat rate is $15
International Orders (in AUD)
- We charge a flat rate of $40 on any order.
- Free International shipping is currently not available.
- The customer will be responsible for any customs or import duties charges.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Please note there may be delays in delivery times (local and international) due to the ongoing covid outbreak.
The delivery time frames listed below are only estimations. Sunglass Culture is not responsible for courier delays,
but is happy to assist in communicating with the courier with any problems and concerns.
Australia:
Standard Shipping Metro: 3-4 business days, Regional: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping Metro: 1-2 business days, Regional: 3-5 business days
International:
Delivery Time frame may take 7-12 business days.
International deliveries may be delayed due to limited flights, customs clearance delays or delivery outside metro areas.
