What can we do for you?

Shipping and Delivery

We do express postage using Australia Post with a flat rate of 10 AUD for Australia-based customers. We do not do international shipping at this stage. We do promise to reach our international customers soon, so stay tuned!


You may pay for your item through Paypal when ordering online.

Our physical stores accept all major credit cards and cash payments.

Love an item but can't pay for it in time? Lay-by your dream sunnies by depositing at least 20% and pay the rest when you are ready! Note you can use the product once Lay-by is fully paid and must be settled within 30 days.

Want to use the item but pay in installment? No problem! Use our Open Pay selection and pay up to 3 months. Customize your package through a choice of weekly or fortnightly payments. The best thing about Open Pay is you get to use your sunnies already!

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy is consistent with the retail traders act. If the sunglass does not do what we say it will do, you are entitled to a refund or exchange for the same value or more.


Instances include:

  • Sunglass frames that are declared non-prescriptive by an optometrist/eye care professionals. Please ask our sales team before purchasing frames for your optics

All other concerns will be covered by the manufacturer warranty if applicable. We do not refund for change of mind. If the sunglasses are given to you as a present, you are entitled for an exchange as long as the product is in excellent condition

Repairs/Warranty Claims

We offer a range of services for our customers such as screws tightening, cleaning, and brand repairs such as Ray-Ban, Maui Jim, Oakley, and more.

Warranty claims vary from the brand's specific warranty period and situation. Please consult our sales team or contact us online for us to help with your situation. You are responsible for the care and maintenance of your sunglasses.  

Online Exchanges/Refunds

Ordered sunnies online at our site but didn't seem to be a correct fit? We can do a one-time exchange for the same value or more. Customer may exchange in store or ship the item back on own expense. The exchanged item will be shipped for free.The sunglasses may only be exchanged within the seven day period starting from the day it was received. We cannot exchange if the product is damaged. Contact us to apply for online exchanges.

Customers are entitled to refunds for their online orders when the product ordered is not available with the supplier. Refunds will take 3 to 5 business days (not including weekends) to process.
